Our Policies

  • ALL OUR SERVICES require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee to reserve your appointment. No exceptions will be granted.
    The booking fee will be credited towards the total cost of the selected service.

    We have implemented a strict 48-hour policy to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all our clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and maintain our commitment to exceptional service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.

Bookings & Deposits

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and up to 1 time only. Rescheduling in less than 48 hours will automatically forfeit your booking fee. You will have to provide another booking fee in order to rebook.
    SAME DAY cancellations will automatically forfeit the booking fee, CHARGED full remaining balance of the service to be performed.
    NO SHOWS will automatically forfeit their deposit, CHARGED full remaining balance of the service to be performed.

    Consideration will be given to cancellations due to a serious illness/emergency. Official proof is required and reschedule will be allowed up to 1 time only.

Tardiness

  • If you are running late for your appointment, please inform us via call/text us at 646-480-9814 or email the studio at info@eluxxebeauty.com
    We provide a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $20 will be applied. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
    We value each client's time and strive to provide an exceptional experience for everyone. Being punctual allows the artist to allocate the appropriate amount of time for your service, ensuring that you receive the full attention and quality results you deserve.
    Moreover, by respecting the scheduled time, we maintain fairness to other clients who have made arrangements and allotted specific time slots for their appointments. It ensures that each client receives their full allotted time without feeling rushed or compromised.

No Guests

  • Our studio offers permanent makeup services, that require a focused and sanitary environment to deliver exceptional results. For this reason, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.
    Family members, friends, significant others, partners, children or pets are strictly not allowed. This policy is in place to ensure that our attention remains solely on your service and to prevent any cross-contamination that may compromise the exceptional results we aim to achieve for all of our valued clients. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy are greatly appreciated as we prioritize your safety, satisfaction, and the overall quality of your experience at our studio.
    Our studio has nearby coffee shops, eateries and bars around, so in the case you need to come with someone, please have your guest(s) wait close by for you to complete your appointment.

Touch Ups

  • OUR TOUCH UP SERVICES ARE ONLY FOR EXISTING CLIENTS. IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT, PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR CORRECTIVE/COVERUP SERVICES
    Initial Touch Ups/Perfecting sessions are STRICTLY done on the 6–8-week mark to fill in any areas needing correction or modification. Your touch-up session locks in and perfects everything from the initial session to ensure your brows look amazing for 1-3 years. Semi-permanent makeup is typically completed in 2 sessions: initial+perfecting session. On the initial appointment, we lay down the foundation. Your 2nd session is the perfecting session. It helps to ensure the longevity of the performed service. We can make minor adjustments to the shape, such as adding to the length and width of the brows as per the client’s request or to go darker in color depending on the healed results.

  • If you schedule your initial touch up/perfecting session beyond the 8-week mark since your initial appointment, the price for the 2-6 month touch up will apply. It is best to make your touch up appointment at the end of your first session to guarantee availability.

Important Note

  • Results can vary from person to person due to various factors including skin type, genetic predisposition, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, blood type, age, sun exposure, medications, and more.
    If you have had previous work done by another artist, including possible color corrections, we kindly request that you submit three clear photos to info@eluxxebeauty.com for approval before booking your appointment.
    Instructions for the selfie photos:

  • Please ensure that the photo is free of any makeup or filters.
    Stand in front of a window or in natural light, with the lighting positioned behind the camera.

  • Take one photo with your head slightly tilted to the left, another with your head slightly tilted to the right, and one with your head facing straight forward.

  • Please note that any touch-ups or corrections done to work performed by another artist will be considered as a new set of brows, and we kindly ask you to book accordingly.

Disclaimer

  • All Permanent Makeup service is a 2-step process, and a first touch up/perfecting session is recommended 6 to 8 weeks after the initial treatment. It is normal/common to have spots where the pigment did not retain, therefore the touch up/perfecting session is essential to assess your healed results, make any final adjustments, fill in any missing/faded pigment for longer lasting results.

  • Touch ups/perfecting sessions are not included in the initial appointment fee – please make sure to book your touch up/perfecting session in advance.

  • Results vary per person depending on their skin, aftercare, lifestyle, existing brow hair, brow bone structure, and medications taken. Everyone accepts pigment and heals differently.

  • Not following before and after care will compromise your results.

  • Pre-care instructions are sent to every client following confirmation of their appointment. It is your responsibility to read and follow all the instructions. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking (not in case of rescheduling).

  • There are no refunds for booking fees and any services that have been performed.

  • Touch up/perfecting sessions are only for our existing clients. If you have existing work done by another artist, that would be considered a new service.

  • If you have previously done permanent makeup by another artist, it will be considered a COVER-UP/CORRECTION. Old work should be faded by a minimum of 50% and are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. Approval is necessary before booking this service. Please email a clear, makeup-free photo of your bare brows in good lighting to info@eluxxebeauty.com for review. Failure to obtain approval before booking Cover up/Correction session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and service denial.

Permanent Makeup is not recommended for individuals with the listed conditions. If you schedule an appointment with any of these conditions or fail to provide a doctor's note, the service will not be performed, and your booking fee will be forfeited.

  • Under 18 years old

  • Pregnant or Breastfeeding

  • Allergies to topical anesthetics or alcohol

  • Susceptible to scarring and keloids.

  • Eczema, Psoriasis, Rashes, Severe Acne on the Treatment Area

  • If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis

  • Viral infections and/or diseases

  • Epilepsy or if you have experienced faint spell or seizures.

  • Medications, treatments, or illness that compromises the immune system.

  • Diabetes, Chemotherapy and any other medical conditions consult your doctor (must provide doctor's note)

  • Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, pacemaker and other related medical illnesses that may cause your inability to heal properly from wounds (doctor’s note required)

  • Botox near brows within 4 weeks

  • Chemical peel within the last 4 weeks

  • Accutane, Retin-A in the past year

  • LIP BLUSH TATTOO: No Lip Filler done within 4 weeks of blush lip tattoo appointment. Any history of cold sores will require an antiviral prescription from your doctor for prevention. No sunburned lips.

E’Luxxe Beauty is conveniently located at 49 W 28th St, Floor 3 (between 6th Ave & Broadway). There is easy access to several train lines within minutes of the studio including the 4/5/6, N/W/R, Path, 1, Penn Station (LIRR/NJ Transit).
