TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS
OUR TOUCH UP SERVICES ARE ONLY FOR EXISTING CLIENTS. IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT WITH PREVIOUSLY DONE PERMANENT MAKEUP, PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR CORRECTIVE/COVERUP SERVICES.
Initial Touch Ups/Perfecting sessions are STRICTLY done on the 6–8-week mark to fill in any areas needing correction or modification.
Your touch-up session locks in and perfects everything from the initial session to ensure your brows look amazing for 1-3 years. Semi-permanent makeup is typically completed in 2 sessions: initial+perfecting session.
On the initial appointment, we lay down the foundation.
Your 2nd session is the perfecting session. It helps to ensure the longevity of the performed service. We can make minor adjustments to the shape, such as adding to the length and width of the brows as per the client’s request or to go darker in color depending on the healed results.
If you schedule your initial touch up/perfecting session beyond the 8-week mark since your initial appointment, the price for the 2-6 month touch up will apply. It is best to make your touch up appointment at the end of your first session to guarantee availability.
Your results are contingent on three key factors:
1) Adherence to aftercare instructions
2) Your body’s tolerance of pigment and the implantation process
3) Lifestyle, skincare products you use, and health.Booking Your Touch Up Appointment:
If you are a New Client, any work is subject to our standard new client rates. We do not Touch Up other artists’/studios’ work because we assume the care and responsibility of your brows from this point on.
Additionally, your existing or desired shape must be aligned with your artist’s aesthetic and recommendation. For more information on the process, please refer to our Corrective/Coverup Services page.
How To Make Your Permanent Make Up Last Longer
Permanent makeup can last for 1-3 years. A touch up/perfecting session is required 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment. Clients that choose a soft Ombre Powder Brows or microblading application, light color shade or did not follow the aftercare instructions may require more touch up appointments.
Factors that will cause your permanent makeup application to fade faster include: tanning bed/sun exposure, exfoliating, oily skin, profuse sweating (e.g. hot yoga 5x/week), medical conditions. We recommend a yearly "color boost" touch-up to maintain the procedure’s color integrity, but always advocate holding off for as long as possible to maintain skin integrity.
